About me
I work at Bright Power since November 2021. As part of my role, I am supporting several aspects of the energy audit and retro-commissioning studies by applying my sustainability and building science knowledge in identifying systems, recording data, and performing testing on various systems to make buildings more efficient. Additionally, I am helping with analysis and engineering calculations to evaluate the impact of the recommended measures to make buildings more efficient.
In my seven years of MEP design field experience, I have designed residential, multifamily, K-12 Educational, Colleges, Hospitals, Garages, Restaurants, Office Fit-outs, and many other commercial MEP Designs.
I carry licenses as a Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey, and am certified as a CEM along with LEED AP BD+C.
I have knowledge of design compliance with local codes, heat load calculations, equipment selection and coordination, Duct Layout, Hydronic and Plumbing Pipe sizing and layouts, Sprinkler layouts in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection designs, respectively. Drafting in AutoCAD & Revit, Construction Administration, Coordination with subcontractors, Submittals-RFIs, Specifications, Building – Energy Sustainability through LEED guidelines, and Project Management are some areas that are part of my professional career.
